Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Miranda Media Co LLC ("Miranda Media Co," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or submitting information through our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Miranda Media Co provides custom website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital marketing services for local businesses. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal between Miranda Media Co and the client.
2. Fees and Payment
Our standard pricing is a one-time setup fee of $997 and a recurring monthly fee of $175. Specific pricing for your engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are due on the same date each month.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly service at any time with written notice (email is acceptable). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with your website files and assist with a reasonable transition period.
4. Ownership
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the website content, copy, and design created specifically for your business become your property. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, licensed plugins) are subject to their respective licenses. Hosting infrastructure is managed by Miranda Media Co; upon cancellation you will receive all files needed to host independently.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, materials, and timely feedback
- Maintain access to any third-party accounts required for integration
- Ensure content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
6. SMS Communications

7. Limitation of Liability
Miranda Media Co's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide services on an "as-is" basis. While we work hard to deliver results, we make no guarantees of specific search ranking improvements, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, and factors outside our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in Clark County, Washington.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
